Dr. Sandhya D
Dr. Sandhya D is an experienced HR professional, academician, researcher, and author with over 16 years of impactful work in higher education and human resource management. She currently serves as Program Coordinator for the BBA (General) program at Christ (Deemed to be University), Bangalore, where she also contributes as Alumni Association Coordinator, Elevare – The BBA Club Coordinator, and AACSB Coordinator.
Her academic journey spans leadership roles at institutions such as East West College of Management, where she served as HOD and I/C Principal. In these roles, she designed student-centric initiatives, implemented innovative teaching practices, and organized several events annually, creating a vibrant and engaging learning environment.
Dr. Sandhya D earned her Ph.D. from Visvesvaraya Technological University, focusing on the “Impact of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Performance of Employees of Private Sector Banks in Bangalore City.” She has published in Scopus-indexed journals, contributed book chapters on HR analytics and blended learning, and co-authored five patents related to technological advancements in HR management.
Passionate about research, innovation, and mentorship, Dr. Sandhya has conducted and participated in numerous workshops, seminars, and webinars, serving as a project guide, external examiner, and paper setter. Beyond academia, she has learnt classical dancer, music enthusiast, and avid cook, balancing professional excellence with personal passions.
